BOOKING YOUR TEAM’S GAME COVERAGE:
Step 1: Complete the booking request form for your team *designate only ONE team rep to complete form and remit payment to avoid any duplicates for teams and for scheduling purposes*
Step 2: Submit payment of $200 to book your team's coverage
CCC Photography accepts payments electronically (Venmo @cccphotonj & PayPal @jessicacruz008)
Booking deadline: Wednesday, September 9th at 5:00 PM EST
HOW IT WORKS:
• A gallery link will be emailed to a team representative within 3–5 days after the tournament
• The gallery may be shared with families and friends
• Galleries remain active for 60 days with unlimited downloads
• Coverage includes one (1) scheduled game per team for $200 (no team photos will be taken)
• Players participating in the covered game will be photographed in action
• Only teams that reserve coverage in advance will be photographed
• Team portrait photo sessions are not included in this package
• Coverage is scheduled based on availability and field timing
• Please call or email your request to ensure that your team is covered. We will work with you to cover the game you would like captured.
