BOOKING YOUR TEAM’S GAME COVERAGE:
Step 1: Complete the booking request form for your team *designate only ONE team rep to complete form and remit payment to avoid any duplicates for teams and for scheduling purposes*
CCC Photography accepted payment methods:
1. DEBIT or CREDIT CARD
2. ACH BANK TRANSFER
****Booking deadline: Wednesday, September 9th at 5:00 PM EST
HOW IT WORKS:
• A gallery link will be emailed to a team representative within 7 days after the tournament
• The gallery may be shared with families and friends
• Coverage includes one (1) scheduled game per team for $200 (no team photo will be taken)
• Players participating in the covered game will be photographed in action on the field
• Only teams that reserve coverage in advance will be photographed
• Team portrait photo sessions are not included in this package
• Coverage is scheduled based on availability and field timing
